& we'd love to have a few more SUBSTITUTES!! Classrooms are thoughtfully planned, well organized and has happy and engaged children. We are a privately owned center, NOT affiliated with a church or franchise. Our biggest strengths are that the staff generally enjoy working at our center, and staff never have to worry about their hours being cut when ratios are low. We have a friendly work environment, paid holiday closures & accrued vacation time for full-time employees, and holiday bonus checks. We are actively seek a caring individual who is ready to co-lead a classroom, plan lesson plans, engage with children by playing, singing, listening, talking, storytelling, dancing, painting, and so much more. In general, we want everyone to have FUN, while also teaching skills, guiding behavior, and fostering relationships with the children.
